This article is the single source of truth for plan limits and feature availability. Other help articles link here instead of repeating plan details.
Current limits below match the pricing page. If we change limits in a plan, we update the product configuration and this article together.

What happens when you reach a limit?
Gixtra blocks the action and shows an upgrade hint. Examples:
- Annual gig quota: You cannot create or move a gig into a year that is already full.
- Booker cap: You cannot assign another booker role on Free or Newcomer when the cap is reached.
- Member cap (Free): You cannot invite more active members than the plan allows.
Upgrade on the subscription page or pricing page to raise limits or unlock features.
Grace period for gigs
If you delete or cancel a gig shortly after creating it, it may not count toward your annual quota. After the grace period, the gig still counts even if you delete it — so quotas stay fair.
